Mitra Web Solution offers full refund within 30 days of buying hosting, which may be any among the hosting services we provide. If we cannot fulfill your requirement and you are not satisfied with the hosting service then refund is made. A written request to our office or request by email is necessary within 30 days of taking the hosting service.

Please note that for Shared Hosting, Email Hosting, Windows Hosting, Linux Hosting, Unlimited Hosting, Special Hosting you can avail the money-back guarantee only once.

Refund will be processed and credited to your original source of payment within 7-10 days
